Icon5 Identifying Sensor for Honda Civic DPF Issue

I'm dealing with some issues related to my Honda Civic VIII Hatchback 5D 2008 (made in UK) Engine - 2.2 i-CTDi Diesel, specifically with the DPF. I got a DPF check light and couldn't initiate regeneration initially, but after a few trips to the service, I managed to resolve it.However, the electricians at the service informed me that the sensor checking the temperature of exhaust after the catalyst, has low voltage and isn't working properly (always shows 900°C). They advised me to replace the sensor to ensure future regeneration.I've been searching online to order the sensor, but I'm a bit confused as there are several options. Can anyone with expertise in this area help me identify the right part? Thanks!
