Turbo B16 Del Sol throwing issues at me once again, I was two hours in to a three hour drive up to Dallas, and I was basically off boost the whole drive there. I decided to pass someone and got on boost a little bit, I did not hit more than 8 psi of boost, then all of a sudden I feel my car lose power and I can't hit more than 4k rpms. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check. Car doesn't have any CELs, unsure what to do next.

 

Stupidest problem I think I've encountered on this car so far, part of the air filter came undone and found its way next to my turbo's compressor wheel. Not even sure how this happened
