Default Belt Squeaking that goes away when pressure is applied on the clutch

(2000 Honda civic Ex) (D16y8) At idle or low speed I can hear classic Honda belt squeak, however it goes away when I slightly press the clutch. I have a small amount play at the top of the clutch travel but pressing the clutch just to the point of resistance makes the noise go away. I’m not sure if this is a clutch/trans issue or belt issue. I have re tensioned the alternator belt twice as I replaced it when I bought the car. The d16 has three belts and I have replaced both the alternator belt and ac belt, not the power steering belt as it looked brand new.
