I have a d15 sub assembly that come out of automatic car with d16 cylinder and everything is assembled but when I start up the car I am able to put the car in gear without the clutch. Thought it was the slave cylinder and replaced it but the car still doing the same. I can run through all the gears but car only moves when I press the clutch in hard and when releasing the clutch again it doesn't move

Can somebody please help me
