I recently got into an accident and resulted in my radiator support getting bent inwards and a broken radiator, I got a shop to pull my rad support back and then I put the rest back together. But I noticed my wheel was pushed back, any ideas on what it could be?

 

Look under the car and see what's bent... Probably a control arm.

 

Either the control arm(s), or the control arm mounting points on the chassis / subframe.
