Default Alternator charging @ 11.5v. Running fine. Should I expect trouble?

Sorry for having to post I searched around and couldn't find anything for the exact situation.

just bought a 2001 Civic LX 1.7 sedan automatic transmission for $750. Figured I could fix it up and sell or keep for a spare rig.

It runs just perfect not one warning light on the dash everything is fine but when I went to check the battery I noticed it was sitting around 11.8 volts. I start the car and it goes down to 11 and a half volts with the alternator running.

everything is running just fine and it starts up every time but I'm wondering if I should expect trouble ? Or do you think it could continue to run where it's at?

Thanks for the help!
