What set should i get no launching straight roll racing do i even need to upgrade

 

Depends. The heavier cars with grip will peel the gear teeth off at that power level.

If you can handle the noise, I'd probably consider some sort of dogbox or straight cut gears.

I know in B series transmissions once you get around the ~550HP mark 3rd gear will just periodically eat itself at WOT pulls.
