CTC gear set
Drool....Are these supposed to be better than the Saenz gear set? I know the cheaper Saenz dont hold up to well to high HP apps, not too sure about the high dollar ones.

But then with aftermarket cases, they will asses u a weight penalty cause its aftermarket...that would suck.

But to use these gear sets with stock tranny casings dosn't it put more pressure on them and blow the casing or crack it? i mean cable trannys are rare now and it can and will happen to hydro casings also then all there will be is aftermarket.

yeah, the cases will still break. Sucks...they need to find a way just to reinforce the stock case. Straight cut gears are not supposed to put pressure on the cases, but they still seem to do so.

Here's the honda set. The gears are awesome, i know first hand.
Someone better get crackin on a case that will hold together. I don't think you will have any problems with less than a 28" tire or less than 750whp.

They will work on any b series tranny from 92 and up. Chris, this is the set you saw a while back. As for the case, you're talking big money to make a billet case! There's always the option of welding in all kinds of supports to the oem case. I was gonna do that on Kenny's car, but that's not a problem i have to deal with anymore.
