1995 del Sol turn signals not working

Turn signal indicator comes on (both sides) but does not flash. Hazard lights same (both indicators on, no flash). Don't hear any clicking of signals, either.

Suggestions? I hear the turn signal relay costs $125?

Could also be a grounding issue/improper wiring, or a problem with the multi function switch.

Yes, the turn signal and hazard relay list price is around $118.

But on ebay right now, there are two available for $67.58 plus $5.50 shipping.
