I’m having two majors problem with my crv

•1 my D light keeps flashing when the car is on the on position and I try messing with the neutral safety switch to get it to in engaged and I’m having no luck with that

•2 I got a use motor from the junkyard and I jumped the started to see if the motor would start and it does but when I try to start the car with the key I get no crank or start at all
