rywire / harness problem
Starting position:
Civic Ek4 2000 - original wiring harness with OBD jumper from OBD2b to OBD1 with Hondata S300 - no problems.
OEM wiring harness removed incl OBD jumper and Rywire wiring harness installed.
Vehicle will not start, no voltage at fuel pump.
Main relay measured:
Pin 1 = 12V
Pin 2 = ground checked for continuity and all good.
Pin 3 = continuity test on e.g. injector not possible as the pin on the Rywire wiring harness is unknown.
Pin 5 = Ignition on II 12V, all good
Pin 6 = Cannot be checked, vehicle will not start.
Pin 7 = continuity to the positive cable of the fuel pump, all good
Pin 8 = Pin assignment on Rywire wiring harness unclear, but should be 16A of the OBD2b wiring harness, i.e. fuel pump relay.
When switching the ignition, nothing happens on stage I, no click of the main relay - but on ignition II it clicks.
Problem - the vehicle does not start because there is no fuel - fuel pump does not run.
Ideas?

Did you follow the instructions for your chassis adapter? Sorry if dumb question, gotta clear the easy stuff first.

Thank you for asking...
Unfortunately it is impossible to follow the instructions:
It says to branch off from the OBD2b connector A as follows.
"GRN/BLU= Fuel Pump @ A-15 or A-16 (Varies)".
This does not need to be changed because the Rywire wiring harness goes to PIN15 on connector A in the vehicle --> this fits so far.
"BLU = Tach Signal @ A-19 (OBD2b Civic ONLY)"
is also correct and does not need to be adjusted.
However, what is impossible:
"WHT/BLU = VBU @ B-21 (All Other OBD2b Chassis)".
The EK 2000 has no connector B in the vehicle, only connector A.
Therefore, this cable cannot be assigned or used.
The wiring harness is plug and play, so to speak.
All functions of the main relay work as they should.
.....
soooo
i put back the oem harness and everything works well.
i know that will be hard to find out whats wrong with the rywire loom - but what should i do, cause they didnt help
