Default Power windows issue

I replaced both of my window switches in my 2016 honda pilot EX. The master driver's door/power window switch and the front passenger door/window switch. I was having issues with the passenger window not going up and down, so I replaced both switches. Now, I have a new issue. When I bring the driver window down, the front passenger goes down as well. It doesn't go down all the way and stops about two inches from the closed position. I tried to find the relay for the window but have no idea where to find it. Does anyone know what this issue is related to and how I can resolve it, if possible?

My rear windows work fine, and the driver window also works but also lowers the front passenger window. Also tried disconnecting the battery to see if the problem corrected itself. Still having the same issue.

*UPDATE - reprogrammed the driver auto up and down and the switch no longer moves the passenger window down. However, I can't control the window from the driver's side, and on the passenger side, the window only goes down 2 inches at a time with each press.

Thanks in advance

Try to reset the controller with steps below. DS is driver side switch, PS passenger side switch.

- Turn car on with all windows up.
- Using the PS window switch, roll down the window all the way and continue to hold the switch for an additional 5 seconds after the window is completely down.
- Using the PS window switch, roll up the window all the way and continued to hold the switch for an additional 5 seconds after the window is completely up.
- At this point the window Auto Up/Down function should work from the PS window switch and it should also now work using the DS window switch.

Thank you for the response.
I tried the methods above but have an issue. Rolling the passenger window up and down in one motion is not working. when I press the PS the window rolls down in short bursts. I have to keep pressing the button to roll down the window. I also tried the reset method and still won't go up and down smoothly and the DS also does not work to control PS window. Are there any relays or fuses that would cause these issues?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for this information. For some reason the driver side window on my 2017 Pilot suddenly no longer had the auto up/down functionality. This fixed that problem. So thanks!
