NEED HELP Civic 1993 1.6L little hole below Oil filter
Coolant rises above this hole, no drips, what is this hole? It is located below the oil filter at the back of the engine.. How do fix my problem correctly. Is this like a weep hole similar to the water pump?
There are also holes in the front below the exhaust but none of them have coolant rising on them.

You have a leak somewhere and your coolant system isn't put together right. Search for a diagram of the cooling system and start replacing the hoses that are missing.
Re: NEED HELP Civic 1993 1.6L little hole below Oil filter
The holes that you are illustrating in the photos above are merely the back side of the holes in the bottom block surface for the oil pan to be affixed to... many of the holes that bolts are inserted into are threaded all of the way through the block flange. There should NOT be coolant coming out of any of these holes.
