Default Civic starter issue troubleshoot

I need some suggestions please. I’ve got this starter issue at hand currently where starter wire signal has been suddenly lost for some reason. I re-wired from ignition switch directly for temporary reason. However, I’d love to regain engine harness signal connector functionality.

So, my starter randomly stopped functioning recently and starter unit is new. Therefore, starter isn’t culprit. Appears, starter isn’t receiving wire signal. I’ve manually ran a direct signal from ignition switch, which works. However, will like to utilize engine harness starter signal wire.

Diagnosis:
1. Ignition switch appears good*
2. Relay appears good*
3. Check grounds*
4. power at fuse box
5. Concern: the interior ecu connector plug(“A”,obd2b 99-00 civic) which connects to charge harness contains blue/white starter signal wire. That wire doesn’t connect to any pin at Rywire charge harness side plug. I don’t understand since would imagine that it should.
5. Clutch switches don’t apply since manual conversion vehicle and can start vehicle without clutch engagement.
