92 civic fuel pump won't prime.
I tried basically everything but a new ecu. Here's a recap
main relay wire 1 to 7 primes it
Wire 5 to 7 makes a weird clicking noise but no prime (yes it's on ignition 2)
Checked fuse 24 and 31 I believe, replaced them and then used a multimeter to confirm.
I connected the fuel pump power straight to the battery and it primes and when I went to crank the car it starts, then when I pull off the wire to the battery the car stays running.
My main relay clicks but for good measure I bought 2 more and they all click but still the same problem.
I'm stumped so any help would be appreciated.
