Default Car CEL with Evap Code P0453

Hello everybody in this thread, I have a 2011 Honda Civic EX with a CEL (Check Engine Light) that first came up after I took the car to a mechanic to do Throttle Body Cleaning.

Please keep in mind I never had a CEL ever before the mechanic performed the service for me.

I scanned it with a really cheap OBDII Scanner and found that code P0453 is showing up.

After research, I found it was some sort of EVAP Code which says that the Fuel Pressor Sensor is reading too high which I am really confused about because the mechanic only performed Throttle Body Cleaning and nothing else.

I tried clearing the code. It works for a short period of time. But after two or three complete engine crank cycle's, the CEL and code p0453 comes back unfortunately.

I already replaced the EVAP Purge Valve Solenoid but the code is still coming up for some reason.

I talked to the mechanic but he seems like he is an a**hole and doesn't want to take full responsibility for this as this CEL and code came up for the very first time right after he performed the work. Long story short, I am never coming back to him so I really need some help with this because my inspections for this car is due.

Thanks everyone in advance!

Have you replaced it with OEM? The cheapest aftermarket I could find lasted about 300 miles.
