Default 2005 Civic DRL Issue with LED Headlights

Hi there I was wondering if someone might be able to help me out with my DRL issue. I have a 2005 Honda Civic Model Si from Canada. I bought 2 9005 Ignite and 2 9006 Ignite led bulbs from Canadian Tire for my headlights which said they were compatible with DRL and run between 6-12V. I can use the full highbeams with all 4 led bulbs lighting up, but when DRL are in use, only the left led bulb works. The one on the right refuses to turn on. I put back the incandescent bulbs to test and they work fine with DRL. I cannot determine why the right DRL won't work with my led bulb. I tried switching the left and right led bulbs with no luck and I'm also using a canbus anti-flicker adapter between the socket and led bulb. I tested continuity of the wires from the DRL module connector to both DRL bulb sockets and both are fine. All of the fuses are also fine. I also bought a brand new DRL module with no luck. I decided to measure the voltage and current of the led bulbs and the incandescent bulbs are here are my results:

Left led bulb drl 8.24V @ 5.4mA, full 14V @ 1.1A
Right led bulb drl 8.8V @ 0mA, full 14V @ 1.09A
Right/left incandescent bulbs drl 8V @ 3.5A, full 14V @ 5A

I'm out of ideas at this point. Should I just give up and stick to incandescent bulbs or HID bulbs? The main reason I wanted to switch to LED bulbs is that I typically buy Sylvania Silverstar Halogen Bulbs from Canadian Tire for the low beams (outside bulbs) and they never last for more than a year. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

I found DRL with LED isn't really DRL, it's just normal head light with little to no difference between DRL and full on.

I went back to Halogen but, I went with PIAA as they seem to last years and years. The PIAA in my 07 Si must be 10 years old and still going strong. Just bought a set for my 92 VX. Not cheap up front but by the time they wear out, they will have paid for themselves vs other brands.

You should check resistance from the low beam at bulb all the way back past the DRL resistor box. Maybe there is a huge difference between the left and right in resistance.

Thank you so much for the answer. I hate the fact that I wasted $100 on these led bulbs. I bought a set of those bulbs you recommended. Hopefully they'll last me as long as they lasted you.

I know it's been a year or so since you first posted this but have you come up with a solution? Right now I'm dealing with the same thing, only on both sides. and reading your example I know what I need to do. I'm going to use relays from the DRL module and Pull full power from elsewhere. So that when the DRL module is triggered these will turn on just powered from somewhere else and it should work the same as a high beam as the high beam will be triggered in the same manner.
