Default oil pressure sensor - 97 Accord EX 4 cyl

I'm fixing some oil leaks and have little drip from oil pressure sensor. It seems a silly question, but it's there some trick to removing the little cover and wire? It is in awkward place and I think I'm about to do some damage by prying.

After so many years, that rubber boot likely has probably harden and may be brittle if you try to remove it. I would just use a degreaser to clean it without removal if the leak isn't from the pressure sensor.

But if it is leaking pressure sensor and you have to remove it, try slightly twisting the rubber boot back and forth a little before trying to pull the boot off.

^This
Sensor on the '95 looked oily, tapped the end of the carbonized boot til it cracked off as it too was oily.
Sensor, really just a switch, was not leaking, oil was dribbling down from a leaky cam cover, VTEC solenoid gasket, and bottom of distributor(it has a little lipped vent).

Use some Simple Green or similar cleaner, on the back of the engine, let it soak, hose it off. Go for a drive.
Locate any new oily wet spots, that is the source of your leak.
