my 2015 Honda Civic key FOB wont work after changing the battery. How to reprogram?

Default my 2015 Honda Civic key FOB wont work after changing the battery. How to reprogram?
I was able to start the car placing the FOB against the start button (as per owners manual). But the key FOB still inactive. Also, the small red light doesn't flash on the FOB. From what I've read, it needs reprogramming. Can I do
this myself?

Under-hood Fuse No. 29 (10A) - Back Up fuse may be blown.

you will not be able to program the key yourself but did the back up fuse fix your issue?
