Hey everyone how is it going ? I have a question I’ve been working on civics for a long time, but I ran into an issue that my check engine light is illuminated even when I short out the connector to jump for codes it does not blink it stay solid. Can anyone help me ?

 

Do you hear your fuel pump prime when you turn the key to the ON position (all dash warning indicators lit up - ready to start) ?

 

Yeah car runs good everything works just the check engine is illuminated even shorting out the connector does not blink, I also have a reverse light issue it stays on I replaced the reverse light switch on the transmission it still stays on
