I know this reply is about 15 years too late to answer, but yes;
H3 Bulbs go in the "square" style / VTi / Ferio style fog lamps.
You take the 4 screws off the back of the casing and pull the bulb out from the back. The round thing looks like a battery but it is just a reflective cover.
Make sure when installing the new H3 bulbs that you do not do it with bare hands and that you only touch the wire when installing to keep the oil from baking onto the bulb.
I put a set on my 1996 LX Sedan.
