Default Hondata Kpro V4 On Line Ignition Off

Chassis: 1999 Honda Civic EX Coupe
Engine: k24A out of a JDM '08 TSX

I'm currently having trouble getting my k swap up and running. I purchased an EK civic with a conversion harness for a kwap already installed, and a k24a with a rywire tucked harness. I recently got my kpro v4 from HA MotorSports, and following installation the ecu reads On Line, Ignition Off, despite the ignition being on. The car cranks and when I plug in the ecu to my laptop the green led comes on for a second, then the red led blinks once and both leds shut off.

Any advice as to where I should start troubleshooting?

Sorry it's been so long, sold the car a while ago. If memory serves it was a bad ground, I did not have to send the ECU back. Good luck
