1999 honda civic ex sedan

I have this sent in my hood in the front corner and I’m unsure if it’s possible to get it out any tips on what I should try?

Need more information.
But it might be a dead animal. Remove parts and panels if possible and check.

Almost always a new hood when you fold it over like that. Core support is likely pushed back too, based on the way the headlight is, misaligned.
