Hey y’all, been a while since I’ve been on here. But Im looking at getting a 91 ef hatch. It has a d16z6 swapped into it with an f22 trans out of a 92 accord. The guy says it smokes and spits oil of the exhaust. It apparently has new rings, valve stem seals, reman head, and some other stuff done to it. I checked it out earlier and saw that one of the wires to the vtec solenoid was broken. I know that wouldn’t be the reason oil is getting past the combustion chamber but could it possibly lead to something else to make it spit oil? Any advice would be much appreciated.
