I over torqued my left side 1998 civic lx fuel rail mounting bolt and it just snapped off clean. Afraid of a fuel leak, I ordered some eBay replacement fuel rail hardware and I have no idea how to install them. The bolts are much smaller than I thought they would be and I don’t know where to put the spacers. Below are some pics. Guidance, suggestions, and general help would be appreciated very much.
I put a penny next to the eBay ones and next to the oem ones for a size comparison.
You purchased hardware for a '92-95 "D" series fuel rail... this is not useful for a '96-00 fuel rail. All that you need to do is purchase the single spacer bolt that is damaged on your intake manifold. They are the same for all '96-00 Civic "D" series engines.
The factory part number for this spacer bolt (fuel pipe bolt) is 90027-P0A-305. They list for over $85 each... so a new one is a hard pill to swallow. A used one would be fairly common in any local salvage yard... and the best news is that the DX/LX intake manifolds are not desirable, so they should be plentiful.

Thank you bro. Thinking about calling some local mechanic shops first to see if they have one closer to SF. The closest junkyards over here are across the golden gate in the east bay, about a 45 min drive. If no luck then I have no choice but to go to the junkyard or order online. Thanks again.
This will be difficult... the manifold end is 8mm and the fuel rail end is only 6mm. In addition, the gap between the manifold and fuel rail is large, so an extremely large spacer would have to be used in between the two. Lastly, it would look like ****... it simply won't take much effort to get the correct bolt. Take the time and do it right... you will be happier in the end.
