Probably check if your ignition coil is good. May be bad.

I would almost think something is wrong with your main relay. Personally I would pull it and check it's circuit board. Or even try another one to rule it out if you have another handy..

Ground to the injectors is controlled by the ECM/PCM.

So i have replaced the distributor and the engine harness the dash harness all the fuse boxes new distributor every relay on the car. whole ignition assembly 3 good ecus. With the engine harness disconnected I get ground out of the 4pin connector for the injectors that comes from the dash harness on the passanger side. The only thing I haven't replaced is the sub harness on the driver's side does anyone think that could cause that. Ive replace everything else so im kind of stumped there's alot of money in this car at this point so I don't want to give up on it.

The injectors are provided a common positive through a junction connector that looks like it is blocked off (it is not) from your main relay. The injectors are then routed through that connector at the passenger and into the ECU. If you are seeing ground at the connector, their may be a break between your fuel injectors and the ECU. The ECU then controls the grounding internally by your sensors in your distributor.

To go one step above this, if you were to unplug your connector A from your ECU then recheck for ground from your fuel injectors to find out there are no continuity, the issue will then point towards your ECU and/or sensors in your distributor as their input is what controls the grounding of your fuel injectors by your ECU.
