As you can see I have destroyed it. Looking for suggestions on how to solve the problem of getting it out. It's REALLY stuck in there

Very common, I think some people opt to not put screws back in for that reason. If you do, just put some anti-seize on them, and get them loosly hand tight. No need to choke them down.

I'd try using a drill, drill part way into the screw and then try to reverse the drill, see if it catches enough to pull the phillips out. Worst case you may just need to drill the whole head off.

Found this that shows what I'm talking about -

Use a chisel or punch to make an indentation away from the center on the screw, then hold the chisel/punch at an angle and hit it with a hammer; to drive it out in a counter clockwise rotation.

Also for the impact, you need to get a JIS impact bit, not phillips. It's one reason they always tend to strip is the JIS screw doesn't have the rounded cross in the cross slot like a phillips. Instead it's a straight cross with a bit of a circle in the insides.

Differences can be seen and explained here:

We should all have JIS in our toolboxes for working on Japanese stuff. I have a couple for bicycle work and the bits for the impact, but that’s unfortunately it.

I wanted to thank here everyone for there advice. Thank you so much, it's really helped out! I did manage to get it out. What worked for me is using the impact screwdriver. There was just enough meat for using a bigger bit and I hammered away. It eventually came out with A LOT of persuasion lol.
