Default H22A4 Question

I have a question for the H22A4 experts on here, please.
I have a 2001 Prelude SH, H22A4 78,000 mi. This winter I jacked it up in the garage to take the rotors off to get them powder coated. I forgot to loosen the front lug nuts before I jacked it up, so I just used a breaker to loosen them with the transmission in gear for the first wheel. I forget whether the transmission was in first or reverse. Bottom line I may have turned the engine backward a little. It seems I maybe remember a caution to not turn the engine backward when I adjusted the valves a few years ago. Do you know this to be harmful to the engine? If so, what should I do? Should I remove the valve cover and look for something? Thanks for your help.
Bernie

Thank you very much. I hate to ask technical questions on most Forums, because so few people on them have any first hand knowledge. They are simply repeating something they've heard from somewhere. I checked a couple of pages of your responses on here to other questions and obviously that's not you. Are the majority of the people on here generally technically competent? I'm used to Forums which are much more social media than technical. Maybe I've found a new home...
I have owned my Prelude since 2007. I've always kept up on all maintenance, engine oil, trans oil, ATTS fluid, coolant, PS fluid, brake fluid, clutch fluid, filters. When I bought it in 2007, my 17 year old son and I changed all these. This past winter, my 17 year old grandson helped me. It's not perfect, but it is very close. I live in Upstate NY and it has never seen snow. Anymore, it's nearly the first of May before the salt is all off the roads, even if it hasn't snowed in weeks. It has absolutely zero rust anywhere. It runs, stops, and handles like new. Hence my desire to make sure I did nothing to the valvetrain by (maybe) spinning the engine backwards a little. It is 100% original except the radio.
Anyway, Thanks again!!

Super nice car. Glad to hear that three generations of your family are enjoying it... what a wonderful way for men young and old to come together and create memories.

Unfortunately, ALL forums have members who know little more than what they have read somewhere else... lacking real life personal experience. I suspect that if you do what you did, with respect to researching other posts by members who you wish to look to for help/assistance/advice, you will figure out who to listen to and trust.

Welcome to the H/T family.
