96 Civic do turbo starts for one second then immediately dies. Was running fine the other day. Sometimes if I wiggle the wiring harness I can hear something whirs up under the hood and then it’ll start. Fuel pump primes fine and main relay clicks. What do you think could be preventing it from starting? What do you think is whirring up after I wiggle the harness under the passenger side dash?
