Default Honda idle surge has gotten worse!

I have a 98 ek sedan that i recently b16 swapped. I have the issue of my idle surging. I have searched and searched for something on forums that tells me alternatives. I have changed my IACV and cleaned my throttle body but it just seemed to get worse i have checked all my vacume lines and tried switching up some plugs and i has just gradualy gotten worse up to the point that i cant drive it.

Any ideas?

posting video later today

If you can get it running and open the throttle enough to mildly raise the rpm and stable out the rpm. While holding spray brake cleaner around all vacuum hoses on intake manifold and also the IM gasket as well as the throttle body gasket, see if rpm changes anywhere. If it does in any area, that's where the vacuum leak most likely is.

If you find none, you could still have a faulty IACV or bad wiring to the IACV. I had 3 bad used IACV's before I found a good one.
