02 Civic EX fuel pump issues
I have a 2002 Civic EX that I have been chasing down a crank/no start situation. After several weeks of troubleshooting I've narrowed the problem down to the actual electrical circuitry between the ECM and the fuel pump itself. Following the official honda troubleshooting procedure, I've noticed that with the ignition ON and the ECM 31 pin connector disconnected I get 0.61v instead of the ~12v or so that I'm supposed to be seeing. With the ECM connector plugged back in, I get 0.07v.......what could be causing this? Everything else up to this step in the troubleshooting procedure has tested normally.....
I don't have/can't find a wiring diagram for the ECM connectors to simply chase the wire and find out if it's frayed or corroded at any terminals
