Default Cooling Fan Ghost

Lil help here please. My 97 SE fans only come on after I have stopped and removed keys and walked away! I replaced coolant temp sensor and o2 by the exhaust manifold. My temp gage never goes hot but shouldn't they come on during driving? ...,Also I'm thinking of going to pull a part and get the front knuckle off a Acura RL for a 5 lug and break upgrade, any advice or tips on that front? I have already replace all major front end parts minus struts which waiting to get the funds for koni and ground controls. Thanks for any and all hep/advice.

ps I'll try and include a pic.

The car has two fan switches (Switch A and Switch B). See my post # 5 in this other thread regarding fan operation.
