B18C 2000 Civic wont start when warm
Hello Everyone,
After being a long time forum lurker, unfortunately I need to ask for your guys help. Last week I replaced my radiator because the core was leaking and it wouldn't hold coolant. After replacing the radiator, the coolant system was flushed and the car started with no issues. The issues arose when the car was brought home and turned off. It currently cranks but the motor wouldn't turn over if the car is warm. When left overnight, the car will turn on and run until it is hot. Once hot, the idle seems to be dropping very low and sometimes stalls, unable to start again until the car cools entirely. I have tried a new master relay and cleaned the IACV, neither were able to get the car running when it was up to temp. I will try fuel filter and ECT this weekend, the fuel filter probably needs to be changed anyway because it looks original and I'm thinking the ECT sensor may have been damaged on the short drive to the shop where the radiator was changed (less than a 5 min drive, all local) Any help is appreciated, and I will keep this thread updated so if anyone else is having the same issues hopefully they will fine it useful.

UPDATE: Turns out there was some condensation in the distributor. After changing the cap and rotor with OEM parts and cleaning off the corrosion on the connectors, the car starts and runs great! Now onto getting a JDM motor to pass NY inspection.....
