2002 civic lx 4dr - gauge cluster lights partially out. Bulb issue or fuse issue!

2002 civic lx 4dr - gauge cluster lights partially out. Bulb issue or fuse issue!
everything from the odometer all the way to 80mph is blacked out. What could it be?
if it’s the bulb what size should I get? And how many?
appreciate any help
