Strange No Start / Turn Off Issue - Shift to Park

Strange No Start / Turn Off Issue - Shift to Park
I have a very strange issue wiith my 2017 Accord EX-L V6 only 31K Miles.
- Battery Died and was replaced
- Car Started and worked for exactly 1 day
- Alarm Randomly went off next day
- Battery was dead again
- Replaced battery with 2nd new one
Vehicle now will not shut off without removing the battery terminals
State's "Shift to Park" - "Power Still On"
- Checked both Long Relay Fuses & nothing has any obvious issues.
- Checked the Grounds, no corrosion.
- Will not remote start either.
- Does not recognize #2 Spare Key
- Not pulling any codes on HPTuner or CarMD Scanner
- Car is completely Stock - Zero aftermarket Installions that may cause an electrical issue.
- Never had any problems. Very surprised to have this issue with such a low mile 9.5 gen.
Was able to start the car by directly jumping the starter
Any thoughts? ECU / TCM, Shifter Solenoid, Push Start Button?

Was the car a flood vehicle? I know I've heard of gremlins in regards to electrical issues with flood cars.
It sucks with a vehicle with so low miles.
