Hey guys, trying to replace my faulty alternator on an 1996 civic LX and it’s not looking good. This is my first real repair project and the top mounting bracket bolt is rounded off. I’d appreciate any tips or advice on what to do next. Thank you ! (Please it’s not looking good 😭😭&#128557

 

1st try a pipe wrench, if that doesnt do the trick, Vice grips. If that still doesnt work, then remove the motor mounts, and the tire. then you will have more room to get to it. Once you can get to it bang it off with a chisel,
