Default Worth it to get vtec head on a stock b20 lowcomp?

I have a b20b low comp paired with cable transmission from 1990 integra (short geared). I’m thinking of getting a vtec head on it, but I’m not sure if its worth it or just continue going fbo on the b20 nonv. And what vtec head should I get that gets me a good amount of power but still being reliable?
