Greetings all, I have a question hopefully someone else has experienced and can shed light on where to go next!

Vehicle: 2008 Honda Pilot FWD, Automatic.

Last year it threw the timing belt while traveling down the highway. Yep. Bent several valves and made some nifty dents in top of the pistons.

Rather than fixing myself, I elected for a rebuild engine from Gearhead Motors and installed by a local reputable Honda Shop. NO ISSUES. RAN SUPER, NO LEAKS. VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALL!

However over the weekend the check engine light came on, I checked it out with my OBCII tester and came back with 22 different codes, most centered around transmission, O2, EGR, ECR malfunctions. The engine seems to run fine, no loss of power, smoking or overheating. The transmission feels like it's shifting like normal and full of fluid, so I reset all the codes, both pending and perm.

My wife has driven the Pilot for three days now mostly at highway speeds with no issues or warning lights. Tonight on the way home the check engine light came back on. Again I checked it with my scanner and all 22 codes were back, but again the engine seems to be running fine.

In addition, the VSA light is also now on.??

Has anyone seen this before, I don't believe all these sensors failed at the same time and suspect this is electrical in nature, maybe when they installed the new engine something got crushed or somehow damaged.

I really don't want to spend $400 in having it diagnosed and still have to repair, at the same time I don't want to start throwing replacement sensors without some logic.

If anyone has experience or a suggestion on where to start I would sincerely appreciate your input.
