Default d17 hunting idle update new problem need help

So a couple weeks ago I posted an issue i was having with hunting idle issue and got no help, so i replaced the whole throttle body with sensors I got from a junk yard. The hunting idle issue is now fixed, but im having an idle issue now. When I first start the car it idles perfectly at 750. Once I tap the gas the idle settles at 1200 and wont drop unless i turn the car off and restart it. What would be the next thing I look at to keep the idle at 750? I didnt reconnect the lower throttle cable, but I believe that's for the cruise control so I don't think that would be causing the problem I'm having. I also have no codes to indicate anything else. Thoughts ideas are appreciated. TIA

Are you waiting for the engine to fully warm up? 1200 isn't unreasonable when on fast idle for warm up.
