Spare Tire

I bought a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid, and I found out that it didn't have a spare tire. Every car that I have bought had a spare tire. Where would be the best place
to purchase one?

OEM 17" spare wheels that would fit are discontinued.

Easiest way to locate and far less expensive would be ebay. One even sells with jack, etc.

I have the same question for 2014 EX-L Hybrid with 17" wheels.
What are the specs / Part numbers / matching vehicles that have the appropriate setup?
