Can you guys help me identify this sound coming from engine bay. Almost like a rumbling sound during 1-2k rpm. More pronounce when its cold, but never goes away even the engine is warmed up but not as loud when its cold. Rubber dampning cover removed per service bulletin noise still present. No codes, acceleration, vibration issues, just sound. Delaership could not identify it either. Please pet me know car has 28k miles.

 

should be rusted out heat shield. i just remove them and put titanium wrap.

 

did you have the same issue? Where is this located at? And did the sound went away after?
