So I recently have swapped my 95 civic 2dr 5spd, with a f20b dohc after a good hone, new gapped rings, front and rear main seals, new rod bearings and main bearings, thrust washers, a light polish to clean crank, the motor is stock up to I ported the head and intake manifold, took out the it's has new belts and water pump, head gasket. That's most of background so I used a 93 civic dx engine harness spliced to a prelude harness all obd1 to run the engine not to hard extend some wires and wire in new injectors I have a chipped P06 with rdx injectors and I'm running a h22a base map tune with the rdx injectors settings set on hts. Anyways I'm at the point were I wanted to crank the motor over just to here it start, well it cranks good 👍, but I'm not getting spark at the dizzy I tested the injectors and they pulse then test light while cranking, I test all dizzy wires for continuity all were good. I have checked each sensor wire from the dizzy to the ecu make sure they have no breaks or shorts to grounds. I have ran the icm test on every wire, test the spark test at coil after switching about 3 igniters and coils I had one that was showing a spark when turned the key to off position it would send a spark to the test light. I don't kno wht that means I have tried everything I have seen on YouTube and have read about. I'm at a loss I am waiting on a new dizzy thus week but I feel like it still won't spark cause swapped and rebuilt my dizzy like 3 times we 3 different dizzys I know atleast o e of them was a working dizzy previously. I'm just searching for any tech input on maybe something I haven't thought of or have overlooked. Thxs for anyone who helps.

 

Silly question, but is your CPS plugged in, or checked for being good??

 

if you mean my crank position sensor it's obd 1 so it's wired into the dizzy and yes i checked all the sensor wires inside the dizzy for continuity all 👍 good
