Please if anyone could help me i have a crank but no start 1997 civic. Just came home one night then the next morning it wouldn't turn on. But just before getting home it was pretty sluggish to start other then that nothing. Has a newish starter, new distributor, spark plug/ wires. But will check timing tomorrow if theres anything else to add what i should look

 

Make sure the fuel pump is priming when key is turned to “ON” position. There is no reason to keep cranking if the pump is not priming. You should be able to hear the pump prime within 2-3 sec of key being turned on.
