Icon5 Check engine light stays on - no spark HELP!!!

Hi everybody
I have a 1993 Civic with d 16 a9 engine
I have a very strange problem with my car since last week after the weather change (from 5 C° to -6 C°!!)
So the problem is when I put the switch in ignition and try to start, My check engine light wont blink 2 times and it stays on and the car cranks but wont start
So first I changed my main relay and checked all the fuses so they are fine but the problem still remains.

I have tried so any solutions but none of them worked for me!
I tried heating on the ecu board with hairdryer like the videos on youtube but nothing happend
I can hear that fuel pump is working but no sparks and a very annoying check engine light
I have checked the wirings to the distributor and they are fine and the power is transferring to the distributor but no spark
will you please kindly help me?????

Try testing the coil inside the distributor with a multimeter. It may have failed leading to your distributor not working. Some form of electrical component is triggering the light as if it's unplugged/shorted or failed. If your distributor is receiving power and not working there is your problem area.
