I have no idea where to plum this little guy. I believe it goes some where on the intake but I want to make sure. This is a b18 VTech head. Also can I just block this off with a rubber stopper if I wanted to, or is that a bad idea?

 

If that is the port off the water tube center section, it feeds to the iacv on the right. That's how I have mine..
