How do you calibrate a 95 del sol speedometer needle?
I had this cluster out about 50 times for one thing or another and I keep trying to get the speedometer to read correctly after the needle fell off and it's hit or miss. There must be a way to do this consistently because the factory wouldn't waste time like I'm doing. it was reading way too high now too low. someone tell me how to do this simple job.

UPDATE: I found this video which shows that you have to line up the needle with a tiny nub then give it a push and see if it comes back to the alignment nub. it's demonstrated at 32:11 on a Toyota gauge but it's the same as a Honda gauge set.

thanks.... i tried the way in that video but it didn't work so then i drove down the road with my cluster apart and my mph gps and tried to get it calibrated like that but now it's about 5mph too high. The factory had to have a way to quickly do this job...
The gauge factory would have used a method similar to the one in thread I linked. The parts were all new obviously, so an inspector/calibrator would have just had a simple bench fixture to plug up the speedo, apply test pulses, and set the trim pot so the gauge is in tolerance.
