Hi guys I have a few questions regarding putting a k24a4 with the transmission from a accord into a 97 ek hatch. First off the mounts, I have been reading a lot and I know the ekk3 mounts are supposed to work with the stock subframe and the 03-07 accord manual transmission just wondering if anyone has any experience with these and how they fit with the stock subframe. If I do end up going with the ekk3 mounts with stock subframe what axles and half shaft will I need bc I know these mounts move the engine further forward then with the eg subframe. Also with the engine/trans mounts will it come with all of them because I saw someone talking abt having to use the crv right engine mount (I think it was) will I need this or is that covered in the ekk3 mount kit? That’s all I can think of for now if there is anything else weird abt this combo of parts that would be nice to know. This will be my first k swap or engine swap at all so forgive me if I sound like I have little experience it’s because I do.

when swapping a k24 that inst a crv k24 you do need to change the block bracket on the timing side and use a crv bracket 11910-PPA-000

the EKK3 kit allows you to use the k24 transmission with the stock EK subframe

you will need to use a k20 intermediate shaft and we have custom axles for that swap

dont read too much into engine forward this or EG subframe that in regards to axles. what is critial is axle length. if you dont have the correct length axles then it doesnt matter where the engine is placed you will run into problems
