Default 91 civic no crank

I have a 91 civic lx sedan that is B18 and auto to manual swapped. Issue I am having is it will not crank from key just clicks once but always cranks if starter is jumped. I Have changed with new the starter, battery, battery terminals and wires, and all bay grounds as well as ignition switch a which didn't work and lock cylinder was in bad shape so decided to change to the JDI plug and play push to start system and still no change any suggestions would be great thank you

Did you just install the engine and do the transmission conversion or has it been done for some time, used to work just fine, and now doesn't ?

A couple buddies and I did the swap. When swap first completed it ran but had a code for distributor replaced that and it stopped cranking by key

Have you double checked the wiring of the park/neutral safety switch to see if it's still bypassed and those 2 thicker wires are jumped together? Checked fuses? Maybe a bad relay?

Yes the park/neutral safety is connected and all fuses look to be good and main clicks. Thank you for the response

Also it will crank a few times without jumping starter then goes back to a single click after 2 attempts

For park/neutral its the thick I believe black/white wires at the auto shifter location correct? May just go get a bunch of fuses and just replace them all just to be safe since they can appear good and be bad. What relays would all effect this?
