(96 Accord Value) I removed the fuel pump fuse to do a pressure test, then I decided to do a spark test, but get none. I was wondering if the fuse removal would prevent spark from occurring?

No, fuel pump fuse is for fuel pump only. Spark, you;d want to be looking at the main relay, ecu fuse or some other kind of electrical problem causing no spark (distributor, wiring, coil, control module, pcm, bad sensor)

 

Funny how after I replaced the ignitor inside the distributor, I still had no spark UNTIL I replaced the fuel pump fuse...
