Default 1998 honda civic clutch/ transmission problems.

I recently replaced my clutch in my 98 civic ex coupe, I'm having trouble with it now and I'm not sure what happened, I get a whining sound when I tried to engage the clutch, I replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, and the pilot bearing, I've been trying to find out what it could be but I'm new to replacing clutches and all that stuff, I would appreciate anything at all, Thank you for reading.

Can you shift through the gears with the car off?

Can you shift through the gears with the car on and the clutch pushed in?

Any funky sounds from the starter when you crank the car?

Can you be more specific about the whining noise - is it when you depress the clutch, when you are letting off the clutch, or when you are fully off the clutch?

Yes it goes into every gear, it also goes into every gear when the clutch pushed in, no weird started noises, it makes the noise when letting off the clutch, but it doesn't make the noise when the car is at temp.
